Technology in Music Education UK (TiME) is the leading national membership organisation dedicated to advancing the role of music technology in education, representing a network of over 1000 practitioners and organisations.
TiME brings together educators, industry partners, researchers and policymakers to ensure music technology is embedded across all stages of learning, from Early Years to Higher Education, and across mainstream, inclusive and specialist settings.
TiME is a core delivery partner for the Leicester Music Conference, leading on the Creative Industries Expo. This includes curating the technology showcase, working with industry partners, and creating opportunities for hands-on engagement and meaningful connections between education and industry.
Through its wider work, TiME engages with organisations including the Department for Education, Arts Council England, Ofsted and UK Music, advocating for the role of technology in music education.
Inclusion and accessibility are central to TiME’s work, alongside a strong focus on professional development, industry partnership and national collaboration across schools, hubs, universities and technology developers.
